There are some basic bots that will attack and capture points. They're not very bright.

Bot_add
Try them on BG_Road. They actually do function OK on road attacking people and capturing flags. They're basically target practice type stuff though, not like CS Source bots that actually move in a dynamic way or complete different objectives.
